Pressing Product

The precision electronic components produced by our company are manufactured using high-tech machinery and supported by a professional and knowledgeable workforce, enabling us to provide superior quality products for the electrical and electronic industry.

The pressure range is from 20 T to 100 T.

The company handles a variety of materials.

Modifications, maintenance and tools are provided.

Two types of dies are used: progressive and transfer dies.

Annealing Process

To facilitate optimal electrical component production, we also provide annealing processes utilising the “Mesh Belt Annealing Furnace” type of machine. Annealing is a heating process whereby metals are heated to a specific temperature or colour, resulting in the production of high-quality electrical components.

Dies Industry

In order to guarantee and enhance customer satisfaction, we provide dies repairs and maintenance services for our customers’, which are carried out by a team of skilled designers, equipment manufacturers, experienced technicians and highly-skilled engineers, as well as cutting-edge machinery. We always ensure that our products are of the highest quality, and that our customers receive the necessary tools, spare parts and timely deliveries.

TOOLS & DIES SYSTEM

The company employs a team of experienced and skilled designers, machinists, and technicians who utilise sophisticated machinery and equipment to meet customer satisfaction. Additionally, the company provides maintenance and repair services for its own products, ensuring the quality of the moulds, tools, components, and timely delivery.

STORAGE & SHIPPING OF PRODUCT

It is our policy to ensure the security of all materials received for use in the production of our customer’s products. To this end, we have implemented a single method of material management, the First In, First Out (FIFO) approach, and integrated barcode and labelling systems with our MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system.

Production Process

Ensuring customer satisfaction with our products is our primary objective. In order to fulfil this objective, we employ cutting-edge machinery and a highly competent human resources team, as well as a robust and cohesive engineering division, to manufacture electrical components that meet our customers’ quality and quantity specifications.

Quality Control

The quality policy is implemented by all members of our workforce. Quality control and monitoring commence at the stage of material quality and continue until the finished product is produced. The company adheres to a policy of quality control through the implementation of detailed and rigorous inspection procedures. It is the company’s policy to comply with the specifications or requests of its customers in regard to product quality. The company utilises a variety of precision measuring instruments, including a high-precision projection gauge that has been calibrated in accordance with the ISO standard.
